Attendance

Uses your Google Sheet as the backend. No server needed. You stay in control of data.

Uses Google OAuth to access the sheet you select. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms.
Tip: Click Connect to pick or create a sheet inside this tool.
How to use (connect existing / create new)
  1. Create a new Google Sheet (optional): click Create one above, then copy its Spreadsheet ID from the URL.
  2. Paste the Spreadsheet ID into this page.
  3. Click Connect Google and allow access.
  4. Tabs + headers are created automatically once connected.
  5. Click Reload to load Employees + Attendance dashboard.
If your sheet already has data: make sure tab names match, and the first row contains the exact headers.

Simple guide

Easy rules for admins and employees.

For admin

  • Pick a secret admin code. It is your key.
  • Only the admin code can add or edit people and attendance.
  • Lock buttons hide Dashboard or Employees. Use your code to open them.
  • Make employee codes when you add a new employee.
  • You can change the admin code in Settings.
  • Keep the admin code safe. Do not share it.
  • Press Reload if numbers look old.
  • Set work time and grace time in Settings.

For employees

  • Each person has their own secret employee code.
  • Your code lets you check in and check out.
  • You cannot change other things without the admin code.
  • If you forget your code, ask the admin.
  • Notes and edits are for the admin only.
  • Check in when you arrive. Check out when you leave.
  • If you are late, still check in.
  • If you are sick or away, tell the admin.
