For owners

  • Connect your sheet once. That sheet is the home for all invoices.
  • Add customers and items first so invoices are quick.
  • Quotes are promises. Invoices ask for money. Receipts say paid.
  • Use Recurring for the same bill every month or week.
  • Payments can be added many times for part payments.
  • Credit notes fix mistakes or refunds.
  • Use Settings to set country, currency, and taxes.

For team members

  • Pick the right customer before you save.
  • Each line is one item or service.
  • Taxes can be on or off depending on rules.
  • Use Record Payment when money is received.
  • If something is wrong, ask before you edit.
  • Press Reload if the numbers look old.
