For owners
- Connect your sheet once. That sheet is the home for all invoices.
- Add customers and items first so invoices are quick.
- Quotes are promises. Invoices ask for money. Receipts say paid.
- Use Recurring for the same bill every month or week.
- Payments can be added many times for part payments.
- Credit notes fix mistakes or refunds.
- Use Settings to set country, currency, and taxes.
For team members
- Pick the right customer before you save.
- Each line is one item or service.
- Taxes can be on or off depending on rules.
- Use Record Payment when money is received.
- If something is wrong, ask before you edit.
- Press Reload if the numbers look old.
