Terms of Service

1) Acceptance & eligibility

• By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
• You must use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

2) Services overview

The Services may include: PDF and document utilities, invoicing/quote/PO templates, QR tools, converters, background removal, currency conversion, and other productivity tools. We may add, modify, or remove features over time.

3) Local-first tools & file handling

Many tools are designed to be local-first, meaning the tool runs inside your browser.

• Your files (PDFs/images/etc.) are generally processed on your device and not uploaded by default.
• Exports are generated in-browser and saved to your device.
• Exceptions: Some tools require external APIs (for example, currency/exchange rate providers). In those cases, your request is sent to the provider to return results.

4) Google Sheets integrations & OAuth

Some tools let you connect a Google account and use a Google Sheet as storage or a data source. When you connect, you authorize the app to access Google Sheets on your behalf via OAuth.

• Scope: we request https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file so the tool can read and write only the sheet you select via the in-app Google Picker (or create inside the tool).
• Your responsibility: you are responsible for using the correct Google account and ensuring you have rights to the sheet data.
• Security: we do not receive your Google password. Tokens are stored locally in your browser and can be revoked in your Google Account.
• Availability: Google controls API limits and service availability, so performance may depend on Google’s systems.

5) Templates & calculation disclaimer (Invoice/PO/Quote)

Tools such as Invoice, Purchase Order (PO), and Quote/Estimate are provided as templates and productivity utilities.

• Not tax/legal advice: These tools do not provide tax, accounting, legal, or compliance advice. You must consult a qualified professional if you need advice.
• Your responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that any invoice, PO, quote, receipt, or other document you generate complies with your local laws and business requirements.
• No warranty on calculations: We make no warranty that any calculations or outputs are correct, including (but not limited to) GST/VAT/tax rates, totals, rounding, currency conversion rates, exchange-rate timestamps, fees, or any country-specific fields.
• Verify before use: Always review generated documents and results before sending to customers, submitting to authorities, or relying on them for business decisions.

6) Accounts (when enabled)

Some Services may offer accounts, login, or subscriptions. If enabled:

• You are responsible for maintaining account security and keeping credentials safe.
• You must provide accurate information where required.
• We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

7) Your content & permissions

“Your content” includes text you enter into tools, files you select for processing, and any content you submit through forms or bots.

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant us a limited permission to process your content only to operate the Service (for example: generating a PDF output you requested, or responding to a support request).
• You represent you have the rights to use and submit your content, and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

8) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you will not:

• Use the Services for illegal activity or to violate any applicable law.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Services.
• Upload or transmit malware, malicious scripts, or harmful content.
• Use the Services to infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
• Bypass rate limits, access controls, or restrictions.
• Scrape or copy the Services in a way that harms availability or violates applicable law.

9) Third-party services & links

The Services may use or link to third-party services (analytics, APIs, payment processors, ad networks, hosting/CDN, messaging platforms). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

• We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
• Availability and accuracy of third-party data (including exchange rates) are not guaranteed.

10) Payments & refunds (when enabled)

Some Services may support paid features (subscriptions, bookings, consulting, digital services). Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.

• Prices, billing cycles, and included features will be shown at purchase time.
• Refunds, if offered, will follow the product-specific refund policy disclosed at purchase or in the relevant Service.
• We may suspend access for failed payments, chargebacks, fraud, or abuse.

11) Intellectual property

• The Services, designs, branding, and code are owned by Azonova or its licensors, unless stated otherwise.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without permission, except as allowed by law.
• You may use the tools to generate your own documents/outputs; those outputs are yours (subject to your content rights).

12) Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
• We do not guarantee outputs are compliant, accurate, or suitable for your particular purpose.
• Any guidance, templates, or examples are informational and not professional advice.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azonova will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, limitations apply to the greatest extent permitted by law.

14) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe you violated these Terms, harmed the Services, or used the Services unlawfully. We may also update or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

16) Changes to Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where feasible.

17) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Delhi, India will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
